REBIRTHING 

Rebirthing sessions include:

Psychodynamic explorative discussion, The breathwork, Energy clearing and bodywork, Affirmations. Depending on the length of the session and if required, massage and or reflexology is also included to help shift energy & clear residue energy blocks.  A course of 5 - 10 treatments is recommended for maximum benefit - although benefits begin after one session.  Treatments can be offered weekly, or run throughout the year.
